  • 2 tablespoons Chorizo Sausage
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/4 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Taco size tortilla
Instructions
  1. Chorizo and Egg Breakfast Taco
    1. Place the chorizo in your rice cooker, cook until hot, about 1 minutes.
    2. Add eggs and stir often until cooked through.
    3. Place tortilla on a microwave safe plate, add chorizo and eggs.
    4. Sprinkle with cheddar and microwave on high until cheese is melted, about 15 seconds.
    5. Add avocado, fold and enjoy!
