Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ham, chopped into small cubes
Instructions
  1. Ham and Cheese Omelette
    1. Heat the butter in a skillet set to medium-high heat until melted.
    2. Add the eggs to the pan, spreading them evenly in the pan with a spatula.
    3. When the eggs are firm on the bottom but slightly runny on top, sprinkle the cheese and ham over the eggs.
    4. Cook until there is no liquid left in the eggs.
    5. Using your spatula, gently fold the omelet in half, closing in the ingredients.
    6. Use the spatula to transfer the omelet to your plate.
